As a graduation requirement, I underwent my industrial training for three months with Communications and Multimedia Consumer Forum of Malaysia (CFM). My main project was CFM’s quarterly newsletter, SHOUT. I was tasked with writing articles, proofreading, editing as well as liaising with freelance writers. I was also assigned with the responsibility to write press releases and online articles for consumerinfo.my. In addition, I drafted letters and edited scripts for media interviews and PSAs.
